Carlos L. (Boone) Freeze
Carlos L. (Boone) Freeze, 42, of Blue Creek, died Thursday, Oct 3, 2002, at the Adams County Hospital in West Union. He was born in Waverly on Aug. 4 1960, the son of the late Carlos and Shirley Rae (Perkins) Freeze. Survivors include his fiancee, Catherine Reynolds of Blue Creek; three children, Carlos, Danny and Rosemary; four sisters, Patricia Spires of Stout, Vicky Hensley of West Union, Cheryl Thorne of Harlan, Ky., and Hazel Sparrow of Blue Creek; special friends, Mielessa Simpson, Steve Simpson, Amber Simpson, Andrew Simpson and Sarah Simpson. Services were held Saturday, Oct. 5, at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring. Burial followed in the Westwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home, P.O.
