Loretta Elizabeth Moore
Loretta Elizabeth Moore, 57, of Stout, died Friday, March 5, 1999, at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born Sept 16, 1941, in Scioto County, a daughter of the late Noah and Edna Newman Cooper. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. Surviving are her husband, Roby C. Moore; two sons, Tim Moore of Peebles and Larry Moore of West Portsmouth; three daughters, Sharon Wise, Connie Cline and Betty Parsons, all of Stout; three brothers, Otto Cooper Jr. of Blue Creek, Clarence Cooper of Portsmouth and William Cooper of Manchester; 22 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by two sons, Roger and Clarence Moore; one daughter, Lisa Moore; one brother, Theodore Cooper; and five sisters, Irene Sowards, Vada Holsinger, Ocie Holsinger, Rosie Webb and Lillian McGraw. Services will be held at 1 p. m. Wednesday at Pond Run Church, with the Rev. Clyde Dillow officiating, and interment in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p. m. Tuesday at Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth, and from noon to 1 p. m. Wednesday at the church.
